Pool Point Of View – Desert Oasis

In the ‘Desert Oasis’ our designer Aaron Heninger created a beautiful backyard environment for year-round enjoyment, designing multiple areas in the yard for both relaxation and recreation.
What’s Your Point Of View?
The overflow spa is the crown jewel of the backyard, immediately catching your eye when you step outside. It takes full advantage of the point of view from inside the home and features a bubbler that shoots water up from the spa. Its Renoir glass tile in Calais Turquoise sparkles in the sun and pairs with the interior of the pool beautifully. The swimming pool features our Sea Glass Pebble in Sapphire as you can see in the video. The layout includes a large Baja shelf at the far end near the spa. You can enter the pool using three gradual steps down.
What’s The Whole Yard Approach?
When designing a pool, it’s important to consider all the aspects that are present in your home. We take this whole yard approach to ensure your pool is surrounded by other functional aspects in the yard. For the desert oasis, White Pearl Artistic Pavers surround the project, creating a smooth and luxurious touch. The fire pit fits into the environment seamlessly, coated in white block and features an aqua fire glass that really pops! The outdoor shower is a unique touch laid out beautifully with a diagonal set Serpentine Gray tile. Water features at the far end of the pool add to the ambiance and produce a pleasant undulation in the backyard. Landscaping really contributes to the finishing touches of this oasis. Artificial turf adds a lush and vibrant area for the dogs to enjoy. The putting green is a personal addition that adds entertainment and recreation into the yard. It features three holes and allows for practicing your game from the comforts of home. The desert landscape compliments not only the internal environment of the backyard, but ties into the desert scenes beyond the exterior walls.
