California Pool has some wonderful people in their team. They always listen to customer's preference and keep working at it until its finished to the satisfaction. I would recommend them for full landscape project.

Having our pool built and couldn't be happier!

We are currently working with DJ. M he is an amazing representative for California Pools, he came out to our home in Maricopa and was even earlier than expected. However, he did not just ring the bell he called to ensure that his being early would not be a problem and waited in the car for confirmation. He sat in the back yard with my hubby and they planned the vision together. He sent a beautiful concept over for approval and we are very eager to get started. We are just waiting for approval from the HOA as you all know how frustrating and ridiculous they can be for homeowners to deal with. Great company and they have done multiple homes in our neighborhood with many options for payment as well which is also very nice. I love working with a company that has financially backed it solidifies the deal and makes the dream that much more achievable.

California Pools and Landscape and Matt Sauer did an amazing job preparing an estimate for our pool and landscape job. Unfortunately due to issues with the builder and lender (both out of CPLs control) we went with a different company. However, again, I can not stress enough the professionalism and overall thoughtfulness displayed by this company. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market to get a pool installed that you look into this company first.

Cal Pools did an awesome design, and installation. Cathy Vern has been great when I have had warranty repairs. I definitely recommend Cal Pools.

Our pool was just completed, ahead of time! The whole team is very professional and effective in their communication and process. Special mention to Shannon H who was our project manager. Fantastic communicator and partner through the whole process. The quality and workmanship is top notch. Would absolutely recommend.

Our neighbor was unhappy with the sound of our pool pump on high. I was able to swap our 1.85 pool pump with our 2.6 fountain pump. Now I will not have to run my pool pump on high to get the same flow and my neighbor is happy to not hear the high pitch whine. CA Pool tech Matt came out and reprogrammed our system so that both pumps work correctly.

As an update... We completed my pool last year and we love it. We did have a problem with the performance of the heater and its internal controls, and Bianca at Cal Pools has been very responsive in getting technicians out the next day as needed, and they stayed involved until the issues were resolved. While I wish I wouldn't have had the issue in the first place, it happens... and I was happy with their good customer service after the sale.

We had California Pools design and build our pool after interviewing and getting estimates from 4 other pool companies. Our construction manager, Jordan Thrasher was so helpful and always available for our questions. If he didn't have the answer, he got back to us when he did. The app is very helpful also. It helped keep us informed as to the status and timeline of our project. Marissa Puzz, Stephanie Gonzales, Chris Kelley and Rob Swanson were very helpful via the app. Gabe did the walk through on completion and has been a great source for information how to now run our beautiful pool! My wife and I, both professional educators, retired this past summer, and this Aug. have moved into on our 'new' home in the Trilogy 'active adult' community in Peoria, AZ . We have ten(10) beautiful grandchildren, ages of 7 through 14, and despite NEVER having a pool in any of our previous homes, and the additional costs involved, we decided to include a pool in our 'retirement' house plans. Based on our extensive internet research, actually seeing finished products, and many conversations with community residents who had existing pools, choosing California Pools as our pool sub-contractor was a "No-Brainer". We NEVER imagined ALL that goes into the "pool-process" once you make the decision to build. What made the experience even more difficult was the fact that we had to do most of it long-distance, because we were in the metropolitan Chicago area of Illinois, and our home and pool were being built in a community just NW of Scottsdale, AZ. However, from our initial 'face-to-face' contact w/our designer and field rep, Cliff Fox, and throughout the design process to completion, what could have been a disastrous ordeal turned into an amazingly 'perfect' pool building experience. Once we approved the size and design, and chose ALL of the other options - ie.'pool surround' & tile, lighting, filter, Pebble-Tech color, heating/cooling equipment, etc., things could NOT have gone any smoother ... including ALL of the long-distance contacts & discussions required to accomplish all of the aforementioned items that needed to be resolved. We were notified of the pertinent 'goings-ons' every step of the way, and based on our experience and relationship with California Pools, and ALL of the people we dealt with, we would highly recommend them to ANYONE interested in purchasing an in-ground pool. Their professionalism, product knowledge, expertsie, support, cooperation, and follow-up services were, and have been impeccable. We love our pool in EVERY way, and look forward to many hours of enjoyment using it. Thanks so much Cliff, and California Pools for making part of our dreams a reality.

I just received a call from josh H. He was extremely informative about the process and really made me feel like he was looking out for me and listened to what I actually wanted. Very kind, I am not ready to pull the trigger yet, I am leaning towards 2024/25. But when I do I am excited to work with him! Exceptional!

A great big thank you to Danni Parnell for her wonderful service and speed in sending a fabulous technician, Alan Vasquez, out to fix my water leveler problem. I'm so glad that I chose California Pools six years ago to fill my backyard with fun. All aspects of this company are GREAT!!

I met with California Pools right after signing for my new build in 2021. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that it was going to take almost two years to finish the house. California Pools was awesome and patient with me the whole way. Once the new house was ready, California Pools was on-site the day after closing to start the process. Jordan Thrasher and Sara Dougan were wonderful to work with. Jordan answered every little question I had along the way. Sara was on top of scheduling to let me know when to expect people to be on-site and to handle other little emergencies along the way. I didn't expect that we were going to be able to use our pool this summer, but Jordan and team had the pool ready and gave the blessing to fill it by mid-June. My family absolutely loved having our pool and we made constant use of it. I can't thank California Pools, Jordan, and Sara enough for their efforts.

We recently selected California Pools to install our pavers and extend our seating area into our backyard along with some re-grading of our yard. We found this to be an extremely easy process from start to finish, they were on time, communicated well and worked with us through a couple changes with no hassle at all We highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their backyard living!

The pool vacuum was not working properly. I placed a call to the service department. Kathy Venn asked me to describe the problem with the vacuum. She advised me what the likely problem was, and offered to arrange for a service tech to come to my home and conand confirm the problem and the perform the needed work. Kathy is a true professional. She assigned Matt to come to my home to provide the service and teach me how to do it in the future. I recognized Matt as he had addressed a different problem with my pool lights and control panel. He was able to take care of the service, then teach me how to perform the job myself. He answered every question I asked. He demonstrated excellent skills, as well as “tricks of the trade” to make the job simple. I appreciate his talent, and willingness to help me learn the expert way to clean the filter. Let me give kudos to both Matt and Kathy. They are both great examples of the best in customer service. Totally AWESOME! Thank you. California Pools is the best!

The pool project is coming to a close and I can't be more pleased with the end result. The Cal pools field crews were professional and knowledgeable. Each phase was clearly communicated and executed. I want to say goodbye and thanks for a job well done to the entire team...That said Shawn, Marcee, Nathon and Carl made the experience extremely smooth keeping me informed along the way.The one thing I would recommend is reviewing the size of the plants you purchased before you finalize your plans. I wish we had spent more for larger plants.

My Dream Pool - Polynesian Paradise in AZ! I obtained three quotes before deciding to move forward with California Pools to build my dream pool, and I have absolutely no regrets. One of the many important aspects of trusting a pool company with my yard and money was the requirement of excellent communication. When obtaining quotes, the other pool companies did not follow up with me or did so far too late after on-site visits and lots of my time invested; however, from the very beginning of the initial pool design and layout (Thank you to the late, Scott Greenbank) every aspect of getting the pool built I was informed each and every step of the way, whether is was the scheduling of various stages, or even delays. The CPL app was an excellent resource to keep me up to date on everything and when I needed extra details or information, Alex Barone-Jay was always there with an answer for me in a timely manner as were the friendly staff in the Queen Creek Office. In fact, each person associated with my pool build was an expert in their craft and it was fun and fascinating to watch it come to life over several months. I struck gold with having Adam Redding as my Pool Supervisor/Superintendent. Adam is knowledgeable and personable and ensured to follow up on all the stages of the build and for those reasons I never worried about anything! The end result was exactly what I wanted and dreamed of for the pool. It was a pleasure and I'm so grateful to California Pools for not only this pool, but for the continued support and follow up when I had questions or needed anything!

Mimi and I would like to thank Robert "Bobby" Lory, the construction manager for our pool project for providing exceptional expertise and customer service! Ever since we first met him, he has been to our project site every time work is being started or completed and even periodically in between depending upon the task being performed. He does a great job to ensure that the work crews complete their tasks on a timely basis and with close attention to the quality that each step requires.The project is nearing completion and we can see that the realization of our "oasis" is becoming more and more evident! We can't wait to enjoy our resort pool and our dogs can't wait to run in the backyard.We would highly recommend Bobby and California Pools on any pool construction project you may choose to pursue.
