Paul was our designer and he is the best of the best! He’s a visionary and designed our dream pool and landscaping, and brought it all to life from conception to completion! We couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for how meticulously they worked to deliver the spectacular resort-style yard we had envisioned. Go in knowing that it can be an overwhelming, laborious process, but remember- the devil is in the details. We went with more high end finishes for everything, and yes, it’s pricey. But you get what you pay for. And this is an net positive investment in your home’s value, so do it right the first time and you’ll have no regrets! Cannot recommend CalPools highly enough! The quality of their materials and craftsmanship was outstanding!! Worth every penny!

I am VERY Pleased with the experience I had with California Pools! Every single person that showed up at our home during the process was professional and nice. You can tell they vet their vendors well! Roy did a great job on the project and is ensuring any last-minute items are taken care of. My favorite perk was using the App on my phone to stay in touch with Sara as she is a fantastic asset to the company! She was there for every question, no matter how minor and she did a great job keeping me in touch with the next steps. I think it helps to know you have her in your pocket if you think of something out of the blue, you just pull out the phone, open the app, and ask. California Pools built us a pool and backyard of our dreams and would use them again in a heartbeat. Matt and Dave were awesome in helping us with design and answering all of our questions and concerns along the way. Communication with the app and through emails was always so organized. I liked that they had completion dates estimated listed under the to-do list on the pool project. Great quality, great pool company. 10/10 recommend!

This is our second build with them and we are totally happy with the results. What I enjoyed the most are the supervisors of the job site. DUSTIN AND JOHNY. As far as human beings go you will never find anyone better or any team better in the whole state of Arizona. Everything they promised was taken care of 100% of the time every time. The highest compliment I can give any one is they are men who give their word and keep their word 100%. They made my life so much easier knowing I had nothing to worry about and in the end it was perfect and we were 100% satisfied because of the excellent work ethic of Dustin and JOHNY. The pool looks beautiful and everything works perfectly. Every item that needed fixing they made sure it was done right. I ve built 3 pools in my lifetime and these 2 gentlemen were the best of the best. We also want to give a shout out to Sarah Dugan of the office staff who clearly explained the whole process from start to finish. Quality and fair pricing and guarantees offered give you peace of mind going foward! If you don't want headaches or problems then California pools is the only place I would ever go. You definitely get what you pay for with a company that can be 100% trusted to get the result you were looking for. If you pick any other company you just made the biggest mistake of your lives and good luck in the future with the problems you will surely get. Our pool is almost completed by California pools. They have done a wonderful job with building our pool. We had Jordan, as our project manager and he is the best to work with!

When my wife an I began researching firms to help us remodel our pool and landscape we researched many firms. Our neighbors down the street had recently had Calpools do work for them and they couldn't have been more impressed. After looking at many different proposals we decided on Calpools. From the very beginning we felt they truly valued our choosing them. Our Project manager, Robby Stubbs was attentive from the get go, helping us design our dream yard and pool. With any big remodel, inevitably there will be revisions and he could not have been more accommodating. With final plan on hand, he introduced us to our Construction Superintendent, Rick Friedenbach. Like Robby, Rick listened and adjusted to make sure everything thing was as we wished for. Keeping everything running like a well oiled machine was Leann Madar, our Scheduling Manager. The Calpools crew were always prompt and professional. As our project wrapped up, Calpools ensured our satisfaction by checking off a punch list of any final details. We could not be happier with California Pools. Les, one of designers, created the perfect pool and patio/ barbecue island design for our new home. Along with Laurie - who is a true artist and designer helping us make tough choices. The construction was for the most part stress free and exciting. The scheduler will be your new best friend because the timing of each step is critical. And now the key piece is they guarantee their work - we had a few issues, nothing major and they sent their warranty expert, Brian over and there was no hesitation with the work and the work was done immediately. We checked out the competition and California Pools is in a league of their own!

Amazing service start to finish. Great communication with updates on progress through the app helped keep us informed throughout the entire process. Question or concerns were answered same day. Anna Kuzminsky, Stephen Dreher and Cody were all outstanding professionals and we could not be happier with the results.

Working with California Pool was an incredible experience, meeting with Mike for design, Marissa the construction manager updated us weekly , responded quickly to questions and Darrin our Superintendent followed the project, showed great attention to detail and always a phone call away. Permits were pulled and CPL was ready to go the day we closed on our new build, 3 months later our pool was completed. I was amazed and impressed that every trade showed up on their scheduled day , professional and did a great job !Highly recommend CPL, met all our expectation and then some, thank you Mike, Marrissa and Darrin Russ and Michele

We would highly recommend California Pools. From the initial meetings with Brian, throughout design and subsequent change orders he was able to help us create our dream pool and landscape concept, working closely with the landscapers to provide us a breathtaking design. Once the project was handed off to implementation, things moved quickly. We were very fortunate to work with Stephen as our project manager. A consummate and highly experienced project manager is essential to a project like this, and Stephen delivered every step of the way, We appreciated the professionalism and expertise of every crew we worked with, particularly Colin and the travertine crew including Jose, Pedro, Salvator and Domingo. The excavation crew member was also a highly skilled operator. One of the key differences of working with California Pools is their communication. Ciarra was central to that, and we knew at all times exactly where we were at on the project and what steps remained to completion. Thank you to the entire California Pools team for helping transform our backyard into a dream oasis we will enjoy for years to come!

After meeting with multiple pool companies the obvious choice was California Pools in Chandler, AZ. Delays due to Covid they were still open with communication and professional throughout the entire process. Ted made our visions come to life and the entire team and crew put it all together! Would recommend them to anyone, and if I could chose them all over again I would.

These folks are great to work with. They worked with us on the design of the pool, it's features, and the landscaping to give just what we wanted. The pool turned out great and is very low maintenance with the systems they installed. The landscaping gave us the look we were going for and included irrigation that could be modified for future needs. They stand behind their work and addressed the very few warranty issues that cropped up with the year following installation. So as a very satisfied customer that has been living with the results of their work for over a year, I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship, integrity, and design.

Shelly Smith is a great friend and hard worker! She constantly talks about how great the company is! Little annoying sometimes, lol. She is a great asset to a very special company!

One call to California Pools and they took care of the rest. Vianna Lopez was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. She coordinated the individuals to review the work to be done, lined up the craftsman, scheduled the work, kept me informed and followed up upon completion. Superb customer service!

My experience with California pools couldn't have gone more smoothly from start to finish! My backyard is an oasis. They help develop the whole yard. One stop shopping. I had planned to shop around but once I met with Dave it all came together so I signed. Rebecca organizes ever detail and follows up on everything! When she says someone will be here to work they are here. Roy and Eric walked me through how to take care of my new pool and yard. Even the gals in the show room went above and beyond helping pull stone, tile, decking and gravel to get the perfect yard!

California Pools rocks! Seriously, the customer service is second to none. This is our second time purchasing a pool through them (we moved) and they make the process very easy; the end result is fantastic, and their warranty department is very responsive. Darren T. and Dave G. have been particularly great to work with this time around, as was Josh last time around. I guess that's why when you are shopping pool companies, California gets the highest ratings. Those ratings are legit. We can attest to it from personal experience.--John & Barbara

This will be my first of probably 2 reviews because our pool isn't finished but wanted to give a review of our service so far and give an update when completed. We couldn't be happier with the people at Cal Pools. Can't say enough about the whole process so far. They have done everything they said they would and we would highly recommend them at this juncture and from people I know, that have a California Pool, they are very happy with the end result. We had to switch our design manager and we're very bummed about that because he was great! He brought our new design manager , Josh over to introduce us and show him the yard and he is phenomenal. Always there when we have a question and so is everyone at the company.Adam, our project manager comes to check the work after each phase, to make sure everything is up to par!! He is so very nice and easy to talk to. We have been very well taken care of and know that if we do need to call,there will be a friendly voice at the end of the phone! The yard is fairly small but they are doing our entire back yard so we will definitely post pics when all is finished! PS, I don't know why it says I'm from Scottsdale but we are from Queen Creek, AZ

After researching the "best pool companies" in Phoenix I settled upon three companies and received quotes. I selected California Pools and am thrilled I decided upon them!The pool was complete BEFORE the date they gave me as a finish date and they exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the communication provided on an almost daily basis during construction from Sara Dougan - she was fantastic.A job well done, I strongly recommend California Pools.

We had heard California Pools was the best and when we decided to build one finally, we found out first hand it was all true. David designed exactly what we envisioned for our space. We received a few upgrades at no additional cost which got us really excited. All the crews were professional and respected our space. Once the concrete shortage bottleneck gave, the project finished within weeks. Sara was in constant communication and was so wonderful to work with. Scott was constantly working to get everything coordinated and complete when they said it would be done. Our finished project is our dream pool and we've received so many compliments on it. We highly recommend California Pools.

If you are looking for an amazing company to build your pool that is more than just a pool company , California Pools is the only place.I love the pool they did for us but this review is about more than that. My husband was recently killed and I needed help. Paola Ortega was my angel. Not only did she remember he died, she took the time with me to reassure me so I wouldn’t stress and be more overwhelmed. That is something very rare in today’s world. She stayed with me through everything and made sure I was taken care of. The 2 people she sent out explained everything and made sure everything was perfect. Paola if you read this I just wanted you to know you make a huge impact and I hope you are recognized for it. I always recommend California Pools but now I am going to share my experience with Paola to everyone. She is that special person we all hope we get that truly cares.

I recently had a pool built by California Pools. From the inception of the vision of my pool to the final orientation, the whole process exceeded anything I could have asked for. This was the third pool I had built in the valley and hands down the best so far. Aaron, you captured everything I wanted out of my pool. Sarese was incredible with the scheduling and making sure things got done and Duane oversaw every aspect of the construction. The pool is amazing and I am so grateful for everything that was done by this team. Thank you again for everything!

Such amazing results! California Pools really created the pool of our dreams! The process was very fun for the whole family to see, from the digging to putting in the cement, the pebble tech and finally filling the pool with water! Very appreciative that we got to see this process especially during this difficult time of COVID. We are in that pool pretty much everyday. A Superb experience! We highly recommend California Pools for anyone who needs their dream fun in the sun experience.

Service and quality are awesome. David was very helpful and patient with us throughout the planning and selection process. Donnie and Michelle did a great job keeping the project going and always available when needed.

Highly recommend, 10/10 experience all around! Cal pools transformed our backyard into a stunning desert oasis that we are beyond happy with! We feel like we are on vacation every day we enjoy our back yard. Very clear their top priority is quality work and customer satisfaction. Incredibly smooth process from start to finish. Excellent communication, always know who is working and what next steps are. Our scheduler, Alex, was fantastic at keeping everything moving with no delays. Our project super, Steve, and hard/softscape supers were constantly stopping by to inspect progress and ensure a quality job. All around great experience!

WOW!WOW! I can not say enough good things about California Pools...we were a little anxious/concerned about building a pool while out of state. Darren and Marissa were a wonderful team to help lower our anxieties! They stayed on top of the schedule and had our pool completed and filled with water in a little more than 4 months!
