CAL Pools is super on customer service. When we have a question on how to operate our pool filter, or getting that light fixture back on etc. you send an email and they get back to you with tips, saving on setting up unnecessary service calls. I told my husband -lets shoot them an email and see if they have an answer and they always do! Thank you Cari@calpoools.

Big thank you to the awesome job that Kathy and Manny did helping me with my pool pump issue. This was the best service for a repair I have ever had. Reported issue and was fixed same day. Very happy to have chosen CPL for my pool company.

Cal Pools did an awesome design, and installation. Cathy Vern has been great when I have had warranty repairs. I definitely recommend Cal Pools.

So far, so good with CalPools. We are grateful we are working with Paul Swirski. He has guided us through the process thus far, and has been fair, honest, and professional. We came in with a vision, but a on a budget, and Paul's experience has helped us design an amazing pool for our new house. We will continue to update as the construction phase begins, but three cheers for Paul!

California Pools and Landscape came to our rescue! Another contractor left us with a half-finished project, an empty pool, and a giant mess. After seeing our disaster broadcast on 3 By-Your-Side, the owner of Cal Pools actually reached out to us and offered to help. We have done many, many construction/remodel projects over the years. Never have we worked with such a professional, organized, honest company. They truly set a new standard. Stephen, our project manager, seamlessly coordinated each aspect of our complicated redo. They have an App for your phone that provides continued updates, alerting you to when and who will be in your yard, what the steps are to complete the project etc. Each subcontractor is part of Cal Pools, so they know their aspect of the job and performs at the same high standard. Our yard is beautiful!

We requested bids for a new pool build from 4 different companies and chose California Pools due to their professionalism and word of mouth reviews. They were very upfront with the timeframe of the build times and walked us through what to expect. Our project manager Christian Pierre and our construction manager Jordan Thrasher we're fantastic to work with. They were always prompt at responding to any questions we had and made the entire project run extremely smooth. Each phase of the project was completed on or before the estimated dates and the contractors that did work were always courteous and did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the pool and they did a top notch job! We couldn't have made a better decision by choosing this company to do our pool.

We moved to Chandler, AZ this past summer. It was great timing on our part with all the heat, AND NO POOL to cool off in! Our backyard was just a dirt lot back then and needed the vision of a great designer and builder of pools and backyards to see what was possible. DJ from Cal Pool came to us with some great ideas and after refining the look and layout of the design, the digging started. Within less than 8 weeks we have our pool and completed backyard, and could not be happier. DJ was always available for questions or concerns and was quick to address them. Mike Smith who's the president(?) ended up leaving us a message thanking us for the business and assured us that they stand 100% behind their work and if there are any questions or concerns, to call him. Very few businesses follow up after the work is done... very old school, and I like that! I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

I was nervous about getting my first pool so I did my research and found CA Pools. My neighbor also recommended them as they just finished his pool. I had my appt for design and wanted nothing but a rectangle hole in the ground. No fireworks, lazer shows or flowing lava fountains. I had an amount in mind but the estimate came in over that. I told them I wanted to do it but that was just too much. They re-worked some of the design elements to get me where I wanted to be. I Didn't want to waste money on landscaping so I just wanted rock put down. I can plant plants on my own. With their app, they're in constant communication with you through your build which was extremely nice. Every question or concern was addressed All employees I have dealt with have been great and can't say enough about them. I had one issue with a wet spot in the shotcrete that would never dry, that could've been addressed quicker--but it was finally addressed. Things took longer than I anticipated due to shortage of shotcrete, but I understood this and I can't count this against them. My build took from Feb-Dec. I know they maybe a lil more pricey than their competitors, but from the reviews I'd rather have it done right. I know a few neighbors that went with other companies that are still waiting to complete their pools coming up on almost 2 years. That's unacceptable. Go with CA pools, you wont regret it.

I would recommend California Pools over and over again! We spoke with several pool companies and are SO glad we chose California Pools! Our final project is absolutely stunning and is exactly what we envisioned! Our designer really listened to us and helped make our vision a reality. Everyone was so easy to work with and the communication throughout the process was top notch. They did quality work, and worked with us along the way when we had change orders. The work crews kept our backyard neat after each days work and did a great job at each step. Most of all though was the people at California Pools and the fantastic customer service every step of the way. From our designer Randy, to our construction manager Steve, to our project coordinator Alex, and even the landscape consultant and the techs... Each of them was absolutely amazing! If you're looking to get a pool, you should definitely choose California Pools!

My wife and I could not be happier! After years of deliberation, we finally decided to build a pool for our kids. At the suggestion of some friends, we chose California Pools and Landscape. Now we wonder why we didn't do it many moons ago... Aaron was our designer and he did fantastic work! We really admired Aaron not only because he offered his suggestions based on years of industry experience, but also because he listened intently to ours. He even reminded us at times that ideas we were throwing out may not necessarily fit within our original design plan and why. His suggestions reflected our best interest the entire time, not necessarily CalPools'. One of the main concerns someone will generally have in a pool build is escalating costs. During the design phase, Aaron sat down with us and walked us through literally everything that we would be charged for and what we could expect to pay. This allowed us to modify the design to ensure we purchased those luxury items we truly coveted and passed on those we could live without in order to stay within a budget. Ron was our site manager. The man was a delight to work with! Incredibly responsive, in spite of having projects to oversee throughout the Valley, Ron would show up on a moment's notice, if needed. No question was too small for him to take time to answer. Ron also took the time to ensure that work performed was at the company's standard, which resulted in our feeling very comfortable with the quality of the build. Sarese handled the construction logistics for our build and we couldn't have been more impressed! She had our schedule lined up almost to the minute and very few detours were ever made (which is remarkable for construction). Her ability to handle all the various components of a complex pool build was remarkable. Luis was our landscape manager. He was very friendly and detail oriented. When a problem arose with a few of the plants, he quickly arrived and provided assurance that our job would be done right before the project was considered complete. He made sure we had his contact information in case any issues arise in the future. All told, our pool building process was outstanding! If we ever moved or knew of someone wanting to build a pool, I have zero doubts that I would recommend California.

Stephen Reichmuth did a fantastic job with design of the pool. We had a basic "tropical" idea, and Stephen turned it into our personal oasis. Steve Dreher, Theresa Gordon and Duane Yetton worked hard to resolve any and all issues I had during the build through project completion. I am very happy with the results. I expected there to be issues along the way, and there were but, what speaks more to California than anything else is that Theresa and Duane worked very closely with me to get the issues resolved in a timely manner. This was greatly appreciated. We receive many complements on the pool and overall, we are 100% pleased with our decision, our purchase, our selection of California, and the project as a whole

I have really enjoyed working with Nathan. He is knowledgeable and professional. California pools and landscape is very fortunate to have him. He took the time to walk me through how to set the timer, recommended schedules numerous times. Returns calls in a timely manner and professional.

Our experience was excellent with California Pools and Landscape. We met with Steve R the project manager at the Chandler office. Steve was helpful and knowledgeable. In a 1 hour appointment we had a design we could see and a price to perform the work. The design/discovery session was very helpful as several of the ideas and materials Steve presented we had never seen and would not have known were options. We informed Steve that the most important aspect to us was a quality, safe, quick turnaround. Steve moved the process through design and permitting quick (our project was a landscape project no pool) within three weeks of our appointment Jamin W had his crew on site performing work. The crew showed up everyday and cleaned up at the end of their workday. I actually never saw or met the crew. Had I not looked in the backyard I would have never known they were there. California Pools and Landscape had the job substantially complete in just over a week (some minor asthetic items took a bit longer but we're not critical to our project and were not a huge concern.). After they completed the project Luis came by to walk the quality and perform an owner training. The one negative is the payment process. You must make most of the payments (significant amounts) prior to the work being performed. If you want to pay on a credit card there is a 3% fee which adds up. We were very nervous about paying before the work was complete. We called Steve to talk through this and he assured us they were not the type to run with your money. California Pools did not let us down and is a trust worthy company that holds up their end of the bargain. The bottom line you will pay a little more going through California Pools, but you will get a well planned design, a safe professional crew and a project that looks amazing.

I called to get general information and Rayni assisted me and was extremely helpful/professional. I got all the help I needed and was blown away at the customer service I received.

We have a very nice pool and back yard thanks to the effort from Jordan the project manager and Leann the project scheduler both did a very good job of working to get our project completed. Jordan along with leann's help were there to correct the hiccups and problems that always happens with any project and brought our project to a nice completion is everthing perfect no but it is overall a good job by them and a nice pool
