I’ve been working with Brian Rau and he has done a great job of designing my front and backyards. Scheduling was quick and easy, Brian is always very flexible to meet my timelines. The design process was great and he was quick to update and make changes as I requested them. I would recommend (and have recommended) Brian and CA Pool to my friends and family. Great experience with Brian.

We had shopped around, and working with a tight budget, California Pools & Landscape were the only ones willing to work with what we had. The sales person, Mort, was so helpful, and made this project much easier than we expected. We loved the 3D pictures that he provided as we were designing the pool. That made it so much easier to imagine, and nailed it dead on. We were able to get more than what we thought we would be able to afford, and have to say that the entire family was happy. Choosing the colors I thought was going to be difficult, but Mort made it a family event. Coming out with samples, taking us outside with a glass bowl of water, we were able to get a feel of how the different finishes would look. (Have to say a BIG thanks to Mort for standing outside with us that day, it was 114 degrees) From the start, Steve the project supervisor, came out and explained what the process was going to be. The communication between myself and everyone I dealt with at California Pools couldn't have been better. After each process, Steve came out to make sure that the work was done properly. We really appreciated the attention that they gave to the quality of the work being done, making sure every step was completed correctly. We have been enjoying our California Pool for 1 month now, and the kids are enjoying it every day. We would like to express our thanks to California Pools for working with us, knowing we were on a budget, and making our backyard enjoyable for family.

We recently selected California Pools to install our pavers and extend our seating area into our backyard along with some re-grading of our yard. We found this to be an extremely easy process from start to finish, they were on time, communicated well and worked with us through a couple changes with no hassle at all We highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their backyard living!

Outstanding after service. Alan did a great job, very professional and meticulous last time out. Kathy is easy to reach, responsive and very courteous. Given this day and age where service takes a back seat these guys stepped up. Very impressed.

We purchased our home with a Ca Pools already installed. Yesterday I called and SW Bianca L and within minutes I was able to schedule a maintenance call and resolve a minor repair in less than 24 hours. Trevor D was our onsite tech who was amazing! Thank you Bianca and Trevor!

California Pools originally built our pool 20 years ago. We recently had them do a remodel of the pool and the same outstanding work and service excellence we experienced 20 years ago is still the same today. Chris, our project manager and Matt our superintendent did an excellent job of making suggestions, keeping the project on track and keeping us informed. We are extremely happy with the final product and highly recommend California Pools.

Our pool is 7 years old, so it was time for a tune up. Danni Parnell was awesome to call, listen and respond to our needs and schedule. She kept is fully informed and communicated frequently and informatively. Alan Vasquez was our outstanding tech. Professional, knowledgable, helpful and educational. Plus a delight to work with and respectful of us and our property. A great ambassador for California Pools! We are definitely pleased customers, with a healthy pool system.

I had a very good experience working with Cliff Fox during the design phase and everyone that followed after. He was very helpful in the design phase and had good ideas with many years of knowledge. I got my pool installed close to 5 years ago and still love the way it turned out. I recently had an issue with my pump not turning on and called Cliff. Even though it was out of warranty they still sent a tech. out for free to repair in only a few days. Leslie Gallegos the service coordinator helped me out with that and I have no complaints.

Ernie at California Pools in Surprise was incredible! He listened, actually listened, to us during our initial meeting. He was methodical, knowledgeable and extremely patient. Ernie never tried to upsell us, just gave us several options to take into consideration. We appreciate his honesty, integrity and transparency. So far, we've had an amazing experience! When we first met with California Pools we were planning to go with another company but wanted to get one more bid (on the recommendation of a friend), but we were blown away by how well the design Ryan B came up with on the first try met the lifestyle we were looking for. From the start we didn’t want “just a hole in the ground” type pool, we wanted our yard to be an extension of our house and living area and the design Ryan came up with was perfect. I was even more impressed when it came to picking colors and styles of exterior that he remembered what style furniture we had in our yard and helped pick colors/materials to compliment that. I was warned by many friends and neighbors that building a pool was definitely a marathon and we would come across obstacles (many) along the way, but each time we did it felt great to know we had Pete B (construction manager) on our side. He proved to be invaluable in his knowledge, gave us design advice along the way, never got frusterated when we wanted to make changes or additions, and always got us an answer when we needed one. Sarese S was wonderful In keeping us in the know about what to expect at each stage, always willing to put a rush on scheduling after a delay (to catch us up) or slow things down to meet our needs. We would’t change a thing about our experience or choice in pool builder, and so excited to take that first plunge into our pool!!

After obtaining 3 quotes from various pool companies, we decided on California Pools. This was a very easy decision. From the first time we met with Brian Rau in Sales, until our pool was completed, they went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. Rebecca Schulte in Scheduling was our main point of contact once the process started. She was phenomenal! She was friendly and engaging, and kept us informed about everything related to our project. She is the best! Jeremiah Price, our Construction Manager, was awesome too. At times it seemed he was out here almost daily to ensure the construction crews met California Pools high expectations. He took a personal interest in our project and we are grateful for his expertise. We are very glad we decided on California Pools!

We have worked with CA Pools for many years on various projects. They are always very friendly, responsive and professional. Just recently had the pool deck refinished - Shelly is my contact for service repairs - I have worked with her many times in the past and she is a pleasure to work with!! I would highly recommend them!

Working with Californi pools was a pleasure. They did a phenomenal job and all the people were amazing. Marissa puzz was responsive and always on top of things. When we moved to Arizona, our first priority was to build a pool. We received quotes and design plans from many pool companies. I honestly feel like other companies tried to take advantage of our lack of "pool knowledge" and tried to sell us all of the bells & whistles. After talking to friends, we were referred to California Pools. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy the sales process was. Our sales guy, Travis, paid attention to what we wanted, didn't try to oversell us and designed a pool with our input. Although the building process took a little longer than we anticipated, we couldn't be happier with the end result! We have a beautiful pool that exceeded our expectations!

We started our process contacting 5-6 pool companies. Cal pools was the first company we contacted and our designer was Christopher Robinson. He had a design and prices within a couple hours. Contacted the other companies and no one even had a design within a week let alone prices for me. Chris was absolutely fantastic in every way possible. Any change we made he would have a new design and price almost immediately. There was a lack of communication in the middle of the build where we couldn't get a hold of the construction manager or scheduler, I contacted Chris and he said that wasn't right and he made sure someone reached out to me the very next day. They switched our schedule coordinator after that to a lady named Vina Ortega. Vina was a superstar for us. Her communication, knowledge, and all around customer service was top notch. Both Chris and Vina seemed genuinely happy for our family. I would highly recommend Cal pools. We are happy customers. Thank You!

Salesman Mike Lillis built the pool we wanted and didn't try to push their packages on us like other companies. Project manager Sean was out to our house frequently and every time there was a completion to make sure it was correct before moving on to the next scheduled task. Theresa the scheduler would send us a list of things to be done and the dates that we could expect crews in our yard. We did make a couple of changes in the deck work midway and the expedited an addendum and the pool was delivered on time. This our second pool by California pools. We recommend this pool company %100.

As impressive as the design is, I am even more impressed with the aftercare! You can really tell a class company with how they treat you after they have your money. Brian, Kathy and Emma have been very responsive and made our experience even better with their follow up!

Love our new pool and back yard. California pools staff helped us all the way with great design ideas and site layout. The installation was handled on schedule, the crews that came to the house were professional and good to deal with. Harscape crew was awesome and the landscaping crew helped us with ideas for other parts of our yard. The tile work was amazing and everyone worked very hard to stay on schedule. Cannot say enough good things about the process and the results!

Amazing!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this company and our experience. Joel did an amazing job designing our pool and landscape. Sean went above and beyond to get our project moving quickly and impeccably. We had a small leak and Sean was out there sweating and digging it up right away to find the issue. They also found a crack in the concrete that we never saw and scheduled right away for the whole thing to be replaced. Rebecca was also incredible emailing and keeping us up to date with everything! Always very prompt to answer any questions we had. I would highly highly recommend them and definitely request Sean!!!

Tech was friendly and informative

We used California Pools and Landscape for a makeover with my Mom's front yard! We were pleased from the beginning after meeting and getting quotes from other companies. We worked with Brian Egge, Don Schmuhl and Alex Barone-Jay. All very professional and kind. We had a few hiccups along the way...but they were sure to resolve any issues quickly. We are extremely pleased with the new updated yard and would highly recommend their services! Here are a few before and after photos. It totally warmed up the look of her home.
