About 3 weeks ago my pool was acting difficult and I thought I had sink holes in my yard. I called California Pools for help. Mike McCormick and Jesse came by later that same day. Jesse fixed the pool immediately and help me understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Mike was methodical but determined to find my problem. Once he finished going through the sprinkler system and it's layout, he had his answer. He did a great job explaining my issue , what he was doing to solve the problem and things to look for. Great customer service I really appreciated those two.

Aaron H who sold us on our dream backyard, was the main component on the design and spearheaded this project. Aaron was the main reason we went with California Pools and are so pleased we did. His knowledge of this business was impressive to say the least. Always in our corner and available for whatever we threw at him. Valerie W a delight to work with. She always kept us up to speed on the project timelines and kept trades shedule tight to meet completion dates. Duane Y our Construction Manager who we bothered continously about this and that always had a great attitude and kept me in line stating "I'm On It". We never had it in our minds at the beginning of the project to have the pool completed by our annual Halloween Party. They asked me during the build if we had a date in mind which we gave them not thinking it was realistic. But this team got it done, pool, lighting, landscape and hardscape. And everything else that goes along with it. They finish the project 2 days ahead of schedule and our Halloween party was more of a success than we ever could have imagined. Our backyard went from dirt to a desert oasis we are so proud of. We owe it all to this team for making that happen. I work for a builder and paid close attention to the work being done and schedule time lines. There were many people I did not mention but were fabulous to work with. Bottom line - would I recommend California Pools and this team to build your pool. DEFINITELY YES!!

Second time I have used Cal Pools. Great experience both times. Of course pools take longer to build now but that is just a part of our new life. Brian, Adam, and Leslie were very responsive to my questions and needs. Pool now finished and it is beautiful, just as planned. I recommend this company. I want to thank my Prject manager Aaron; my construction manager Jimmy Rosales; my scheduler Rebecca Schulte. What a team. This team was prompt and ensured that our new construction build went smooth. We had a few modifications and they made immediate changes as needed. We love our pool, landscaping, and the pergola. We use this area everyday. My favorite is they took my sand and gravel backyard and designed it to fit our space and we have plenty of room to move around and the colors were all coordinated perfectly. The entire team at California Pools have been great to us! Cheryl D. welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. She was also very helpful with helping us pick the color options for our pool. Mike L. (design & sales) has always been very patient and helpful. We started looking into a pool in the summer of 2015 but with us just having built the home July 2015 we had to wait until this summer (2016). He was great with helping us make a few changes and directing us to Nicole S. & Beatriz A. in financing that have also been great with the entire process so far. I would definitely recommend California Pools to all my friends and family. Cant wait to enjoy the pool!!!

Trevor came out to help upgrade my Omni system and I mentioned the pool hadn’t been cleaning properly. I have a blue plaster floor so dirt is easy to see. He noticed the main in floor filter valve was turned off so dirt wasn’t being sucked out of the pool. My weekly pool service company never thought to check the valves despite routinely seeing pockets of dirt. Kudos to Trevor for solving my issue as well as checking my pool filters. Much appreciated!

We hired CA Pools to remodel our pool and backyard landscape. Aaron Henninger really listened to what we envisioned and was able to design a plan that captured all that we hoped for. Our project manager, Stephen Dreher, was amazing! He kept us informed as to the progress of the project and held the trades to a very high standard that matched our expectations. He was at our home daily and was easily accessible whenever we had a question or concern. We were very satisfied with the progress and the result of our project. We have the backyard of our dreams!

California pools has been excellent to deal with from the very early design/quote stages all the way through project completion. Our Sales/Designer, Brian Fox, was excellent. He not only helped design the backyard and pool that we wanted, he provided excellent insight and suggestions along the way. His knowledge was invaluable in helping us make the many decisions required to come up with our end result. California support staff like Marissa (scheduling) and Darrin (construction superintendent) provided consistent and excellent customer support. The communication with the entire team was great and the app that they used to provide updates on progress, scheduling and milestone completion was very helpful. With any large project, challenges along the way are given, but having a team that was focused on our satisfaction made the process much easier. I would say that CA Pools is not necessarily the least expensive pool builder; but, as they say.... 'you get what you pay for' and that was certainly true in our case.

We love our pool. Steve ,our construction manager, is a stickler for detail. Making sure everything is done right. Answering our concerns. And making sure everything was done to our liking. It was a pleasure working with both Steve and Jessica. I think the scheduling could be a little tighter but we would recommend California Pools to anyone looking to build their dream pool.

We interviewed four companies and liked the reps from three. We chose this company because they offered a complete service of designing and installing and warranting the pool, hardscape, and landscape. We wanted one company to be responsible and in their presentation they discussed the way the team worked. Joshua Turnbull did our design and was very knowledgeable about plants as well as pool design. They are not the cheapest way to go. They are worth the extra cost. We had never bought a new build with HOA's to consider. We were not on site during process, and flew back and forth to approve materials and layouts. The process was not quick and easy, and it was mostly due to our schedules and my perfectionist eye. I see everything, from imbalance to off color to esthetic usefulness. We all communicated clearly with one another via text and email as well as phone. I sent tons of pictures and questions. They had great foremen working for them. Each process had someone in charge, and each of those teams came in and out with professionalism. The attitude seems to be consistent within the company. They want you to be happy with the results long after the work has been done. There are so many positive things I can say about them. If you want balance, I will say it wasn't seamless. Our project was big and it had it's problems. The impressive thing was that they sent someone immediately to fix any and all of our concerns.

2 minutes ago California Pools provided an outstanding experience in the transformation of our backyard. They were very competitively priced and did not try to upsell us on unreasonable features, in fact helping us understand that some of the operating features that we had in mind were unnecessary. We signed in Oct 2021, expecting a lengthy process, knowing most pools around this time were taking 12 months or more. The pool and landscape was completed 7 months later. There were a couple of delays along the way, but the level of communication was so high that we were prepared for any curve in the road. We are in the midst of our pool remodel with CA pools, so will give an update upon finishing, but I am so impressed so far I want to give a review. My husband & I own a home remodeling company, so we can more easily recognize and pick out a good and well-run company. I was impressed with how well they have developed their procedures for customer care and their systems and follow up. They are responsive to communications, with a very caring/no pressure sales that laid out options and guided us with selections. It's obvious they are continually improving, that they have good onboarding and training of their staff. Our salesperson continues to check in and respond to questions even after the contract has been signed which is above and beyond to make sure we are having a good experience. They were very careful to check out our pool, for we suspected it was leaking, and they showed us where the problems are. Even though our pool was originally installed around 1980, I believe it will be just as good as new. Stay tuned!

My husband, Jim and I had a home built in Mesa, Arizona. California Pools came recommended to us by our builder. We are so glad we got this recommendation. We were impressed from the very first meeting. Their price was competitive with other companies, but their customer service and quality are outstanding. Every one we worked with on the project was knowledgable, professional and courteous. We were living in another state while the pool was being built, and they kept us up to date every step of the way, and sent pictures regularly. We love our new pool and feel like we are living at a resort. We gave up a water view in Seattle, but have replaced it with the pool and water feature at our new home in Arizona. Absolutely perfect experience with California Pools. They completed our job in record time with the hole being dug 10/11/23 and the pool being filled in late January 24'. I think it would have been fasted but we actually held them up a bit. Donnie was our project manager and was OUTSTANDING. He was at the job site daily and fixed things before I even noticed they needed fixing. Ashton handled our hardscapes and had the same "whatever it takes" attitude. Really impressed and highly recommend them.

Almost one year ago we hired California Pools & Landscape (CPL) to build our dream backyard. Today (November 4, 2021) the Service Team replaced several plants and filled bared spots across the yard with additional granite/gravel.
