Under the leadership of CEO & President Mike Church, Cody Pools has become a defining force in the pool and outdoor living industry. Since acquiring the company in 2003, Church has led its growth from two offices and 19 employees to nearly 450 team members across locations in Texas, Florida, and Arizona.
