California Pools continues to demonstrate they're a customer centric organization. They will do whatever is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Their warranty/service coordinator, Chelle Aubrey, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She listens to your request and engages the proper support team fast and efficient. In a world were customer service is lacking, Chelle demonstrates she understands her job, cares about the customer, and has a great understanding of the products California Pools sells. Class act!!

Met with Randy and was super impressed. Not salesy and definitely explains the process well.

My wife Lisa and I recently completed a major pool and patio remodel project with California pools. There are no words to describe how satisfied we are with both the process and the final product. Todd Hutchins, our project manager, has truly gone above and beyond in guiding this project though to the end. He listened patiently to both my wife and I and helped to craft our ideas into nothing short of a backyard paradise. Late one evening as the sun set Todd was out in our yard personally digging and pulling up drip lines in preparation for our turf application the following morning. Nothing shocking there except that that part of the project was not being done by his company! He knew that if this detail was not taken care of then there would have been a problem with lines under the turf. When you see a representative from a company go out of their way like this for a customer it really speaks volumes of both that individual and the entire organization they represent. In our minds, that was the definition of customer service. His work ethic and that of California Pools are beyond reproach. We obtained several estimates in the beginning of the project and California Pools was not the least expensive. Trust me, it is because you get what you pay for. Every team California Pools sent to our home was efficient, skillful and respectful of our property. A few standouts come to mind however. The masonry people who crafted our waterfall and the travertine team who laid the deck and the patio were true craftsman and the pride they took in their work was obvious. They were perfectionists from beginning to end, just what any proud homeowner would demand. California Pools is a terrific company with outstanding employees and very high quality standards. I would not hesitate to use them on a future project. In fact, I would be uncomfortable with any company but California Pools at the helm. You can trust them to turn out an amazing project with customer service unrivaled in the industry. Scott and Lisa Scottsdale, AZ

California pools designed and built our in ground pool, as well as landscaping our yard. We are very happy with the quality and design. Our pool is about 2 years old now, and we have had 2 warranty issues. Kathy, from California pools has been incredibly wonderful to work with. She is extremely responsive, and makes sure the repairs get done in a timely manner. She is very courteous, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Let me preface this review with the fact that my project is probably bigger than the normal project...like a lot bigger. We reached out to multiple pool companies when we started this adventure and California Pools was the only one that took us seriously. Within a week or so, Brian Fox had a full design laid out with 3D renderings, design options, areas to invest, areas to divest, etc. It was an amazing experience. At the end of the day, it was Brian's vision that became our amazing backyard.Being that my project was so large, I knew that it was going to take a lot of time, but the staff at California Pools was with us all of the way. Sara Dougan (our scheduling manager) was in constant communication, giving us updates on a weekly basis. Darrin Castillo (our construction manager) was at my property with his team doing regular inspections and keeping me informed of any issues. Every time that I found a problem, I emailed the team and it was addressed within a week (usually within the next day).I can't say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail of this team. The only negative thing that I can say is that the water is too cold to swim in and I need to wait another few months before I can use it :)

KathyI want to compliment the service delivered by you and the tech you sent to my home to replace the pool light. You both exhibited the highest professionalism and customer concern I have experienced since transferring to Arizona 6 years ago. I await the final billing, but wanted to say thanks again. Its good to know there is a dependable source to turn to when needed. Please keep doing what you do so well.

Peter Finsen

We had a great experience with California Pools. Although we have a fairly small yard, but with great views of Four Peaks, the small ‘cocktail pool’ with drop in Sedona Spa in the corner fits the bill perfectly. Our experience was great from the start with Mike Lillis (sales), Marissa Puzz (construction coordinator) and Darrin Castillo (construction supervisor). We have a small issue with our light and Darrin is on on top of it - working with warranty to replace. Overall, a great experience and we appreciate working with great people.

Carolina C.

The pool has turned out beautifully. I have really appreciated the service after completion. I have had several question on care and maintenance and was able to contact Gabe who responded quickly even on weekends. I would also like to add that Ruben did a great job on fallowing up on the stone work.

Laura O.

California Pools is the best in AZ. no matter what problem I have with my pool. California pools always gets the job done. They are very honest and reliabl. I would recommend California pools all day long. great job Thanks Laura Oakley

We used CPL for our landscaping and pool at our new home. We were happy with responsiveness from initial plans and consultation through the final phases and completion. The team did a good job of communicating throughout the project on their CPL App. Steve D did a nice job as our project manager. We would recommend CPL for pool and landscaping.

California Pools Mid-Project Review The California Pools team has been doing a fantastic job so far! They’ve put in serious effort and paid close attention to every detail while prepping the pool site. The concrete crew was great, finding a smart way to handle the shotcrete application without needing the truck on our driveway, still getting the job done smoothly in the backyard. The whole crew is skilled, professional, and easy to work with, keeping everything on track. Our project manager, Jeremiah, has been super involved from the start. He keeps us updated, answers our questions quickly, and is a pleasure to deal with. We’re really happy with the progress! The team at California Pools transformed our courtyard with a stunning herringbone design using travertine tile pavers. Their exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, delivering a beautiful, high-quality result that we absolutely love. Highly recommend!

The best of the best pool companies in Arizona!

Darrick Jones

Overall i was please with the project, we had an inground pool installed and landscaping done. I was particularly pleased with our Superintendent / Supervisor over the project, Stephen Dreher, he constantly ask what he could do to make our experience better, and followed up on those items we may have had concerns with. In addition, he was very pro-active in providing information, such as; what we should expect from the city inspector, where to purchase our alarms from, and the type of spring to use on the main gate entrance. So overall I would highly recommend the company,

Tom And Paul H.

I can't even BEGIN to tell you how incredibly AMAZING this company is! If I could give them a million stars I WOULD!! My husband and I built a pool very recently and believe me it could NOT have been an easier or more enjoyable process!!! The employees of this company are TRULY second to none! One would think that with everything that happens when building a pool the anxiety might get to a person. NOT SO! They made every aspect of the build understandable and as comprehensive as you would need. We interviewed several companies in the process of building our dream pool and there is not ONE company out there that is BETTER! That isn't a negative towards any other company, but I am certain that you won't find anyone more committed and takes ownership than California Pools! I want to point out two individuals in particular that are not only INCREDIBLE ASSETS to California Pools, but are really great people to work with! We had the very distinct pleasure of working with Sarese Ferguson (scheduler and overall wonderful communicator) and Duane Yetton (construction manager extraordinaire) and for anyone that builds a pool with this company, you will be EXTREMELY LUCKY if these 2 employees are assigned to your project! Their knowledge of the overall process and their readiness to resolve any questions or concerns immediately is outstanding!!! I could go on and on gushing about these two, but just know they are THE BEST! In closing, we do NOT often write reviews about companies because people misinterpret opinions, but this review was absolutely warranted and we would be humbled and proud to be a reference for this GREAT Company! Wonderful Job California Pools and we're PROUD to have your workmanship and name stamped on this project!!!!

Although it took longer than expected due to labor and material shortages, our family will be able to enjoy our resort style backyard for years to come. From the designer to the construction crews, California Pools rocks! They listened to our needs and made our vision become reality. Even when things were slow due to the pandemic, Ryan Delfino and Duane Yetton went the extra mile to insure our project was completed before a very important day; our daughter's birthday party. Victoria in scheduling was very efficient to get our project done on time. We would recommend California Pools and Landscape to everyone. If you are looking for a great design, Ryan Delfino is the man to see!

Nivine S.

Working with Jeremiah Price on the major remodel of our backyard has been a smooth journey! Having recently done a complete remodel of our home, I speak from experience when I say that Jeremiah & his team are exceptional in their professionalism, their prompt & efficient communication and most importantly in the outstanding quality of the work this far. We are very excited to see the end result as we near the completion of our project!

Derrick Johnson

Impressive company. Very contemporary showroom

Andy C.

I had a great experience with my pool build. But even better is the continued excellent support I receive from Chelle McCarthy of the warranty department. I had tree die just outside of its warranty period (due to the extreme heat) and I contacted her and explained the situation and she agreed to have it replanted after summer. She is very friendly and responsive, and a great representation of the California Pools staff!

Antonio S.

I am a home builder and few times it happens to me to meet companies so good! They were the less expensive of 4 estimates, their schedule was perfect, no delays, I made some change of orders and they were very accommodating, (and also I had some refunds because they used less material and labor!), very communicative, and the pool is beautiful and working good.Thank you Brian Fox and Rebecca Schulte, see you at the next project!

Debbie C.

Josh (designer) and Jeremiah (supervisor) have been amazing to work with!!! Quoted with a few different companies and decision to work with CA pools was because of Josh!! Half way though and so happy with everything. Moving along as promised and Jeremiah is so responsive along the way!! One man to do the dig was incredible completed in just over 2 days. He did not stop from sun up to sundown!

Sheri S.

Wanted to give a Hugh thank you to Jordan Thrasher. I know when I reach out for help, Jordan is quick to respond. I needed the ditch on the side of the house filled in before I had surgery and Jordan got it dome immediately! Thank you!

Leilanie R.

We are so happy with our pool and landscape! We had just moved to AZ and it was our first time having a pool. We bought a new construction and Cali Pools was able to start construction before we even closed on the house. We are so happy with Dave's vision and Cari who helped with the warranty requests. We highly recommend them. Even our pool guy complimented how nice and high quality work California Pools did.

Eric Auxier

Can't say enough about California Pools and Landscape. Working with design planner Paul and construction manager Matt was courteous and professional from start to finish. Everything was laid out in advance, no surprises, proceeded like clockwork. When inevitable issues arose, we worked through several design changes, all without headache. Surprisingly, they even went above and beyond at times, exceeding even our high expectations. Today, we can't believe the paradise we live in, thanks to California Pools and Landscape!

Omar B.

Great service, very organized. There we some bumps in the road, but they addressed immediately.

Candy Rosales

well actually i havent been to showroom i feel like i really dont need to Paul and Ariel are excellent in explaining details. i cant wait till they start

Ron Hitchcock

Our pool is 7 years old, so it was time for a tune up. Danni Parnell was awesome to call, listen and respond to our needs and schedule. She kept is fully informed and communicated frequently and informatively. Alan Vasquez was our outstanding tech. Professional, knowledgable, helpful and educational. Plus a delight to work with and respectful of us and our property. A great ambassador for California Pools! We are definitely pleased customers, with a healthy pool system.

Leah B.

Our experience with California pools has been an extremely positive experience. Our pool and waterfall is absolutely beautiful. The layout and design is a view from our windows I enjoy seeing throughout my day. We enjoy our evening hours sitting with the pool lights on with the sound of the waterfall. My zen space for sure. Most importantly has been the Warranty department. Shelley has answered all my questions with such satisfactory, caring response with follow up in a timely manner. Everything I expect! Great job Shelley and California pools!

Twila F.

We hired California Pool & Landscape to do our entire project...pool & spa, landscape, pavers and patio cover and are very please with the results. Yes there were a few bumps along the way (isn't there always) but nothing that couldn't be attributed to the pandemic and material shortages. Our Project Manager, Cody Risdon took our ideas and designed our entire project. The design is exactly what we were looking for.Our Construction Manager, Jordan Thrasher was always very responsive to our questions and concerns and kept us up to date on status of our project. He always addressed our concerns promptly. We were also notified about upcoming work through their app, My CPL Customer Portal, which we found to be very useful. You can also ask questions and express any concerns through the app.We would highly recommend California Pool & Landscape.

Sheryl B.

Our experience with Cal Pools has been amazing! We are working with the most awesome crews especially our Construction Manager Robert Lory. The crews are working so hard in these crazy times & we appreciate them so much. Our project will be complete in a week. It's so gorgeous!

Mike S.

Great service, nice talented people to work with! Sara and Jordan were awesome! We enjoyed seeing our dirt lot turn into a desert oasis!
